BEAR FRUIT works to help people and organisations harness their brilliance and flourish.
We engage in transformational conversations with clients; helping them to adopt new ways of thinking and behaving with the aim of supporting them to achieve their goals and gain a greater peace of mind.
BEAR FRUIT was founded by Nicola Thomson after over
20 years in business as a strategic marketing and
communications professional.
Described as a natural leader, influencer, and change agent
she has spent much of her executive career driving business
change initiatives, working with operations and M&A teams
across the UK, Europe and Worldwide
Nicola decided in 2019 to take her natural desire to make
a difference in a new direction; helping people to harness
their brilliance and be happy.

Our mission is to coach clients to feel empowered and effective in this constantly changing world and to work with businesses to harness the brilliance of their human assets.
We work across all areas of work and life and very often a brief to support a client with one aspect of work or life evolves to cover many others.
All our work is 100% confidential and we adhere to the European Mentoring
and Coaching Council (EMCC) Global code of ethics.
