Coaching to support personal or professional growth:

Following an initial call to understand your needs Bear Fruit will propose a bespoke programme of support for you. We recommend a commitment to 6-8 sessions for this type of coaching (1.5-2hrs). This will include telephone support in between sessions and session flexibility.
