Your coach is specially trained to ask you questions that encourage self-discovery, help you to think more deeply about your issues, challenge your perceptions and self-limiting beliefs.
The aim of coaching is to help clients to become more aware and self-reliant by developing new skills, finding new solutions or changing their attitudes or behaviours.
Coaching can help individuals reach their peak performance by working with them to access marginal gains.
All coaching conversations are 100% confidential, they may vary in length and frequency depending on the client needs, but all sessions will require a commitment to change and willingness to be open and present.
Coaching is NOT therapy or counselling.
When coaching we assume our clients are unique and resourceful. We ask clients to set the agenda, ask for what they need, bring about the change they seek and provide feedback.
